This will provide a 1:1 materials-to-student scenario in a maze-solving robotics/electronics activity for students. Taking home the kits could then be a contingent option. The students will build these kits, wire circuitry with sensors and program a microcontroller to solve a physical maze with basic electronic components. The kits themselves include the motors and a platform on which everything else will go. A physical maze-solving robot project, ingenuity alongside hard science. Students love creative design challenges and this is one of the best. This will help a growing course as students return to in-person and hands-on learning.
