We are a group of diverse learners covering a variety of subjects. Each of the materials chosen for this project will help students learn more about science, math, English, and positively interacting with those around them. Learning activities provided with these materials will not only help students learn important concepts at their pace, but also help them in collaborative learning activities with their peers.
Students will have opportunities to see abstract concepts come to life in the classroom. Whether it be a model of the Earth they can hold in their hands, or a microscope that will make some of the smallest things seem big, everything is meant to help my students understand complex topics. Games that may or may not be familiar to my students will encourage teamwork, collaborative learning, and the development of important life skills like planning, deduction, and good sportsmanship.
