The pandemic years have caused gaps in most students' math knowledge. My class is no exception. We have been working very hard this year to master fractions and decimals, but some students continue to struggle. If we had math manipulatives to help us visualize what we are talking about, I'm sure we could better master the concepts we're learning. Manipulatives also make math more fun and engaging. All students do better when they are better engaged. These manipulatives will bless my students lives regarding their math proficiency.
