My students love hands-on activities, and learning through play helps them have a better language learning experience. Due to the pandemic, most of my students are performing below grade level and have not experienced learning through play. In addition, learning a new language can be overwhelming, and these educational games provide colorful visuals and motivate students to learn words without realizing they are learning. These literacy educational games will help them master letter recognition and sight word knowledge, build their reading skills, and enrich students’ interaction with words and literacy.
Learning through play allows students to learn differently, target various learning styles, and spark students’ interests. The benefits of educational games are developing language and social skills, and students will transfer information to understand academic concepts better. My kindergartens, first graders, and I will greatly appreciate your support.
