Students will be able to use recycled paper/plastic cups and bottles, paper towel and toilet paper rolls, and many other recyclable items to create homemade trophies. Students will assemble and decorate their trophies around a chosen theme of their own. This theme will be based off of some accomplishment or intangible value of their own or of a loved one to which they will award it to either themselves or others for. Students will also be encouraged to add extra items to spray paint and/or glue onto their trophies to further personalize for them for their respective recipients. The students will to communicate acknowledgement and appreciation for either themselves or others along with building their own artistic skills.
