During our school day, I want to use the rug to create a classroom community amongst our kindergartners! We will use our classroom rug daily! The rug will be a place for my students to come together to play games, listen to great books, and get to know each other! With a new rug, we will be able to develop feelings of belongingness in our classroom! It is so important for young students to feel accepted and that they belong! The classroom rug is where we can go to create a wonderful classroom community feeling!
