My project is for flexible seating in a 4th grade classroom. With this type of seating, students can choose the type of seat they would like to use as they work on their current projects in all subject areas.
Flexible seating promotes choice, motivation and focus for all students especially those students with extra energy. Students will choose from an array of exercise balls, seat cushions, wobble chairs and flex-space comfy floor seats.
Overall flexible seating in my classroom will be a positive change that will promote learning in a variety of ways.
