We currently have a calming room. It helps our students who are having anxiety to have a safe place to come to and be able to relax without judgment. They will use the fidget toys to be able to calm their anxiety. The lights make it a calm place that they can come to with a pleasant atmosphere. The bean bag chair gives them comfortable seating to be able to feel comfortable and calm. This room has proven to be a great place that our students with anxiety and depression can go to.
