Students will be able to read up to date news articles on a reading level they can understand. Students will also have access to books written by and about young men and women who look like them. With these new reading materials, my students will have a variety of books and news articles to choose from to increase their independent reading. They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading.
