One of the positive outcomes of the pandemic (at least in my district) is that access to technology for students was increased significantly. Unfortunately, the same is not true for staff.
Trying to reach my students at their level, using the technology they have access to, has become impossible due to the limited, old, and outdated technology I have access to. A ridiculous amount of time is lost every single day in my classroom to technology issues that can be solved in simple ways. I can decrease down time, decrease transition times, and increase teaching time. This will grant me more time to do the actual job of teaching ALL content areas.
