These resources will help provide a diversified and hands on approach to history that many students have been denied in the past and have been limited due to the Covid pandemic. The classroom will use the Govee Lights to bring an exciting learning experience to the students.
After experiencing extended periods of time confined to learning in their home environments, these lights will sync with the music and interactive videos I use to create an engaging and exciting learning environment. The Taj Mahal lego set is designed to be a classroom project that I have students work on collectively to build a sense of connectivity with their peers. The books I have chosen for my class are sourced from reputable sources such as National Geographic and Smithsonian. These books will help provide the students with alternate sources of research and reference materials so they may build a broader understanding of our worlds history.
