Students within our Principles of Leadership class are taught about goal setting, personal skills, small group processes, communication skills, public relations, time management, meeting procedures, school climate, coordinating clubs and organizations, school and community projects, and problem solving. We use these skills to cultivate our school community. Some projects and events we host take up a lot of time, preparation, and long lists of delegation in order to execute.
Having the materials needed to create these events would take stress away from fundraising the money to get these basic art materials, projector for sketching/tracing and student body activities, and cart to move treats that we distribute to our students during lunch.
