Army JROTC requires our students to learn about healthy exercise routines and to maintain fitness. Our students can use these fitness mats to conduct individual and competitive fitness events. Cadets can do push ups, sit ups, V-ups, planks and other individual fitness activities. The mats will provide a comfortable surface where Army JROTC Cadets can exercise and avoid injuring themselves. The exercise mats can be easily maintained and cleaned to keep the surfaces safe. They will also be portable for use in the gym, in the classroom, on the tennis courts or in the grass weather permitting.
