Math is typically a challenging subject for students and with the pandemic, their confidence and and abilities have been impacted. The resources from this 第一吃瓜网 project will not only go towards impacting their math goals and strengthen their skills, but they will also help reinforce their confidence and Social Emotional (SEL) learning and skills.
I have requested a variety of math supplement books, math support resources and teaching tools to help support an inviting, unique, and comprehensive math classroom. I have also requested Social Emotional Learning (SEL) support tools because I believe in the importance of supporting the whole student, not just the content I teach.
My students will benefit from daily social skills instruction in order to be successful in their classes and in their personal lives. The pandemic has negatively impacted the growth of their social skills and in the upcoming school year, both academic and social skill remediation will occur.
