By purchasing iPads for my classroom, students will be able to access websites and apps to enrich their learning. One that is particularly useful is FlipGrid鈥攚hich is an amazing tool where students can answer questions by making videos. They will be able to use this to apply many skills that align to the NVACS, such as speaking and listening, explaining their mathematical thinking, and answering questions about texts using evidence. FlipGrid helps enhance our classroom community as well because students can watch one another's videos and leave feedback in the form of positive comments! Overall, iPads will be used to help students academically and socially at school.
