I want to give my students a science center so they can engage more actively with the big ideas we are learning in school. Hands-on learning is essential for establishing the foundations of science and math in kindergarten. Our classroom does not currently have a science center, and this could be the key to inspiring these dreamers into sharing a love for STEM. A STEM center is beneficial to all students, and essential for those who need to be engaged in kinesthetic and experiential learning in order to thrive in school.
