My students are struggling with coming to school and knowing we have amazing incentives like, personal t-shirts, label names (using the vinyl) scented pencils, and erasers that they will earn just for attending school and completing their work! I purchased a Cricut machine over the summer and I have used it to create many amazing things for my classroom...I need the supplies to continue creating more amazing projects for my students that I don't have the money to purchase. We are currently in portable classrooms and I have been using vinyl to label and make our classroom more beautiful! I will use the vinyl not only to decorate our classroom but also to create amazing personalized shirts that students will earn when they meet their sight word goal! I know that once they see the shirts they would go home and practice those sight words that they don't know! Practicing their sight words will help them read and write!
