This year more than ever, I believe students need choice in a way they engage in learning. The last year in a half has been rough on us all but with flexible seating, it gives students a way to move beyond traditional learning and choose ways that are better fit to their personalities and needs.
Giving each student autonomy will lead to high motivation, performance, and engagement.
After spending a year working independently, learning behind a computer screen, it is important we change things up a bit. Flexible seating allows students wobble, rock, bounce, lean, and stand to stay alert, focused, and engaged in learning.
