We will use these materials to create a comfortable seating arrangement for our small group work with the different types of flexible seating. We will utilize the math manipulatives to reinforce what we are currently learning, as well as help strengthen our foundational skills. These items will help me reach more learners through visual learning and modeling.
These items introduce a more hands-on approach to dealing with fractions, decimals, and conversions. If my students are not reached through direct instruction or independent, digital learning, these items will help them to visualize and use tangible objects to reach a mastery skill level. Having more resources to keep our technology charged and ready will limit the amount of time needed during transitions and rotating chargers and open more time to content.
