These materials will make a difference in my students learning because I chose tools that are hands on. I am a big believer in hands-on learning, because I think that people learn better by doing.
One hands-on item that I chose is a write and wipe math board for my students. This will help my students in math because we will not have to spend the time drawing a tens fame on their white board. I also chose leveled books that can be used in small group to help with reading. By having these books ready, I will be able to put more time into planning lessons and it will save me paper. These are some ways these tools will help my students grow as learners.
