This project will allow the students to explore the world outside of Las Vegas. Through exploring food, the students will learn that the world is a big place. People all over the world are similar in that we all share a love of cuisine. This project fulfills the following state standards for Foods & Nutrition. Explain how climate, geography, and culture influence food choices. Explore ingredients indigenous to regions of the world. Explore flavors representative of different regions of the world. Describe how global cuisines have influenced our food choices. Compare serving methods from different regions of the world

About my class
