All of my students are working on their IEP goals ( focusing on closing the gaps and deficits in order to be able to work on grade level standards in reading, writing, math). Currently, majority of students are working at least two grade levels below. The following are examples of standards that will be focused on in the classes using the selected materials :RF.2.3,RF.2.3a,RF.2.3c,RF.2.4,W.2.7,L.2.1f,SL.2.3,RL.2.2,2.NBT.B.6,2.NBT.B.5,2.NBT.B.9. By adding additional supplies to our classroom, we will have a number of resources to help our students meet their goals and become successful learners both in special education and general education classrooms.
