These materials will help out students improve their functional job skills and daily living skills for life after high school. These materials will help students practice hands on job tasks, such as sorting, filing, and organizing to prepare them for potential job opportunities in sheltered workshops or around our community after high school.
Our students learn best through hands-on practice using real materials. These materials on this list will be used to create functional job task boxes for our students. By creating these job boxes, our students will learn various job skills and how to communicate effectively with future employers. These skills will help out students meet their IEP goals for post-secondary transition and will overall greatly improve their academic experience.
