I currently do not have enough headphones for all of my students. The ones I do have are very old and smash the students' ears so after a few minutes they take them off. The noise is very distracting to students who are working in small groups.
Individual headphones will help my students close learning gaps due to Covid and keep students more focus in small groups and when they are practicing skills for reading and math at individual levels. Newer more comfy headphones and having a class set will be a game-changer when trying to meet the individual needs of all of my students. The headphones will also be used for distance learning when students need to be quarantined.
