I like to always keep my learning activities fun and engaging and would like to focus on more real-time learning versus screen time. Plus, I want to produce scaffolded lessons for my students' unique learning styles. I chose the ABC's stampers so students can practice alphabet knowledge while creating a work of art. The Hot Dots Jr. game will keep students engaged while reinforcing foundational reading skills. I selected the Face Pad to use as a form of self-expression and give my students a sense of ownership. Even though they may not be proficient in English yet, the Face Pad will provide an opportunity for students to display their unique qualities and a visual reference to elicit use of social language with peers.
