Because of some surprise covid relief money, our class was able to get 32 Chromebooks, but the funding didn't include a way to charge them up.
I'm so excited to start working with the computers in class, but I have no way to keep the computers safe and charged. I only have three plug-ins in the classroom and would have to rotate all 32 Chromebooks through the plugs in order to keep them up and running for class time. I don't even have surge protectors. With $8000 worth of technology at my fingertips, ready to inspire the kids, I just need a way to store my new computers and keep them running.
I have so many plans from using online sources like AP Classroom for my advanced students, helping my ESOL students access translators, and revising essays for my struggling students. I just need a way to keep our class charged.
