We are a predominant low income community, so getting the students headphones for their independent work is a challenge. We either have are volume up (25+ interactive activities going like MobyMax.com),or we have to silence the devices, and nobody likes reading a video.
It's hard to focus when there is constant noise all around.
So, having a class set of headphones would help everyone鈥檚 ability to think, stay focused and be successful.
In the past when everyone was able to have a headset, borrowed from the learning strategist, I recorded a record number of successful completions of a varied or projects by my students. These headsets are not available on a daily basis, so I don't get the results I would prefer.
