I teach a group of third-grade students at an urban school. These children were greatly impacted by the COVID Pandemic. They have suffered learning loss over the past 18 months. I hope to help these children close this gap, but they require a great deal of modeling. I plan to use the document camera to project the activities and demonstrate the skills and strategies needed for students to succeed. The children seem highly motivated with all types of technology so I believe this tool will not only help my students academically, but it will gain their interest as well! Furthermore, It is imperative that our students keep up with the latest advancements in education as we prepare them for the 21st century.

About my class
