Students will be able to challenge themselves in small groups with the Science Activity Tubs. After reading in the textbooks, using interactive tutorials, they will then go into small group rotations where they figure out how science works with their own hands.
These tubs were a part of my curriculum at another school in the past. Students would beg to go to the small group centers to work together to solve the Science Challenges presented. Test scores soared and understanding of vocabulary was evident as students were working together to learn!
These tubs can also be used for reteaching and they help get students moving and enjoying what they are learning. They are well organized and have everything needed for a quick clean-up and maintaining organization in the classroom!
