What I've learned in my classroom is to care, love and support my students in all ways possible. After this pandemic, students have the sense of urgency to come back to a classroom to learn and share with students their progress. I have learned that thinking outside the box is now a way to teach and students are eager to learn in different ways, not just by technology. Making sure all students have the right support that will close educational gaps, but in a fun, engaging and exciting way! Another important lesson that I learned as a teacher to always be flexible and to watch out for curve balls, because in the end it is all about what students need and how they will progress and success academically.
