These learning materials will help my students build fluency and practice their listening Oklahoma standards! If each of my students has their own CD Player and Head phones while in their center group, They will be able to have their own autonomy and find a place in the room that is comfortable for them and not have to be connected to the same CD player as everyone in thier group. This will also allow them to have more choice in what they listen to!
Let's empower our students together! Students will be listening to read-alouds and learning songs. Many lower incomes students hear significantly fewer words a day than their higher-income students in their age group. We want our students to grow their fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
