My students are challenged in a hands-on problem solving experience that inspires them to be outrageously creative. Using STEAM, the students think outside the box and create unique solutions to different challenges. Solutions require technical elements, and our school has no robotics equipment to allow my students to overcome obstacles in their challenge. Teams of students work for months to create innovative stories, props, costumes and technology. Team members must work together to create a solution, manage time, take risks, fail and try again. These challenges are the ultimate example of multidisciplinary, project based learning, and basic robotics equipment will allow them expand their solutions.
