Students learn best with hands-on experiences and repeated exposure, especially Kindergarten students. Students will participate in center activities focused on the four math components: number sense and operations, algebraic reasoning, measurement, and geometric reasoning. These materials will provide my students the opportunity to master the math standards through fun and engaging activities.
Hands-on activities provide students the opportunity to be in charge of their own learning. Providing a variety of activities will help me be able to meet the diverse needs of my students and allow students to develop at their own pace.
