Aloha, Today we reviewed the IEP's for the upcoming school year and realized we didn't have all the resources for a fully inclusive classroom and to meet the physical needs of our incoming class. We also realized that we have a student who will have a one-on-one educational assistant all day and we need a chair for her. All students are important and need to have their needs met. We want to do our best to meet their needs. This year we will have 5 SPED students and its our first year teaching high inclusion. (We: the SPED Specialist and I)
