Music class is very important because it teaches students the value of music and how it relates to other subjects. As I teach this year, my class will incorporate elements of math, science, history, and literacy along with our school's s.t.e.m. focus! These books are so important because they allow my students to practice reading and to understand how music can tell a story. While reading these books, the students will use creativity to choose instruments that best convey what the story is telling. Some of these books will help the students focus on creativity, while others will also focus on music history and music theory. These books will help the students learn important concepts in a fun way that they will be sure to enjoy!
