Do to COVID, the '20-'21 school year was a difficult one. Although we were in person, we were still continually separated. With the new school year, we are looking forward to some semblance of normalcy.
That is why I'd like a classroom rug for us to use as a gathering place. The rug will be our place to be able to, once again, come together and meet as a class.
It will be a place for us to share, to learn to be good friends, and to learn about the world around us. As a bonus, the rug has the letters of the alphabet and will help us in learning our letters, too.
