The materials that I am requesting for my students already have a "purpose." We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The LEGO's will be used weekly during STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) time. Where students are encouraged to use their creativity to construct a given project and I want to foster creativity and ingenuity through hands on learning. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' critical thinking skills and perseverance using a medium in which they are familiar. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in independent and cooperative assignments, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with STEM.
