We live in Delaware and are surrounded by beautiful landscapes and farm fields, yet many of the students here no nothing about the natural world around them. They live in a generation of electronics. I hope to open a door to this exciting world in our backyard..literally. Just 50 feet from our school is a beautiful stream. I think seeing the things that call it home will help to inspire my students.
