I will be using this technology in SO many different ways that will enhance their fitness, education and self-confidence now, and potentially for the rest of their lives. I will be able to display lessons plan for the day, motivational quotes and videos, interactive fitness videos, educational content on the benefits of nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle, videos for skill development and so much more. All of this will help myself and future PE teachers after me to accomplish our goal of educating our students on the benefits of a lifetime of healthy choices.

About my class
