Even though weekly packets are sent home, students are most engaged when activities are sent home. They love making crafts or playing with 3-D manipulatives. This project will allow students to play with a light panel at home and have a center at home. The light panel is portable and can be easily checked out to families. Students can use the letters to learn about them through play. Students can also learn without being so immersed in electronics. Playing is very vital to a young child's brain and development. This project helps virtual learners.
