I am a first-year teacher who took over a 2nd-grade classroom after Thanksgiving. I want to be able to provide my students with a guided reading area that will support their journey of becoming fluent readers. I would love a TPT gift card so I can purchase reading materials at various reading levels. My students lost nine weeks of reading instruction in the spring due to the pandemic, so our reading levels vary from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. The other items on my list are additional reading materials to support phonics and fluency, reading comprehension, and organization of the materials.
