I am a Special Education teacher working virtually but my first love/ license was in Home Economics.
Some of my students are learning to sew at school and have shown a strong talent in sewing.
I can support them virtually as they continue to get support at the school in person every other week.
By allowing the students to have a machine at home, they will be able to continue to sew and make masks as well as continue to develop their sewing abilities for future use- personal or career intended.
