We have 10 teams from our small, rural school that are playing in an extra-curricular basketball league. For most of our kids this is the only basketball they play before moving onto junior high athletics. We want to equip them with equipment that encourage the most improvement during that short time.
Our students have such an eagerness to learn the proper skills to play basketball; we just need to have the equipment to help them. With the basketballs purchased, the students will have an easier time learning how to manipulate the basketball because of the improved grip that comes from the composite made covers on the Spalding TF-250 basketballs. This will help them not only learning to dribble easier, but also with shooting using the proper form.
Most people agree that sports teaches so much more than just the game, but in the end we still need a ball to play.
