The headphones will benefit the students when they are using programs that are on the iPads. Students will be able to use these during the math and literacy stations. These programs are individualized to the students' needs. They will move at the students' pace and target the areas of weakness so they can build upon a solid foundation for learning. I can also utilize the information gathered from the programs to help tailor my instruction. This will allow me to make sure that I am meeting all the needs within my classroom.
