I have struggled for many years with a faulty projector. This year it finally completely gave out. It took me months just to get a bulb last year. Teaching both virtually and face to face this year make it impossible to do so without the necessary technology. We use our projector all day, every day.
They are 5 and 6 years old. We live off of our projector. They thrive when they feel they can do something on their own, but only after watching me model it several times. I can no longer do that without a projector. Add this to not being able to have them at my table, or sit next to them when they need extra assistance. We need our projector to not only learn but keep us safe by ensuring we can all see from our own space.
