I teach music at a 4-8 Title I school where-- due to the COVID pandemic-- my "classroom" is a cart. This looks like pilling speakers, instruments, and class materials onto my cart every day, wheeling into each classroom, and hoping there is a plug in by the projector.
As a music teacher, speakers are essential for playing listening examples, interviews of musicians, and educational videos. Since I am moving from classroom to classroom to teach music to my whole school, I need durable portable speakers I can trust. My current out of date speakers are bulky, difficult to transport, and prone to breaking; I have already had two sets of speakers die out on me due to the wear and tear of moving speakers that weren't meant to move this much.
My students need music now more than ever, and they have missed out on too many lessons due to speaker technical difficulties as it is. Please help me bring music to my school!
