We currently can not share supplies or toys/manipulatives. With this organization each child can have a drawer color. We will be able to divide toys and manipulatives up and separate them for safety during covid. I am currently using zip lock bags, but they are not organized well and it is hard for the kids to independently access them. By color coordinating the drawers the children will learn their colors while organizing their materials.
I would like to instill some sense of independence by allowing each child to have responsibility for their supplies and manipulatives. These drawers will allow for that.
