My Kindergarten students are so eager to learn and experiment with different materials. They love building marble roles and playing with LEGO, but our classroom resources are currently limited. Our school has a STEM lab they get to visit once a month and they love it. I would love to give them more opportunities to explore and create in the classroom on a regular basis and apply skills that we are learning about in math and science.
With STEM resources in our classroom the students will be able to learn hands on how to apply math and reasoning skills, apply problem solving skills and it will help build resilience. STEM activities also will foster ingenuity and teamwork.
My students learn best with hands on activities. By donating to my project you will be giving them a chance to apply many skills needed to succeed in Kindergarten and the future!
