Hello! 1st graders spend countless hours on phonics and basic math. Just like adults they love games. The secret is to trick them by using games that teach through play! There are so many board games, card games and manipulatives available right now. It's the perfect time to stock up for classroom centers with the expectation that students will be at home soon and I can check them out to them like we do library books. Families teaching at home have encouraged more companies to expand their learning options. I'm hoping to use them both at school and also at home if need be. Thanks!
