In a world of the indoor living behind a screen, I am determined to spend as much time outdoors with my Life Sports classes as possible. Life Sports is a class that was designed for none athletes to be able to learn an active lifestyle through fun leisure games. The yard games will be used to include all students. Despite a person's athletic ability, my goal is to make all feel included and less connected and confined to the chains and limitations of technology. I'm hoping the students will find the freedom refreshing.

About my class
